Remember this?
Well, from the womb to the world, Henry still has the moves. Whether it's the awkward group singing at our Gymboree class, or the snappy jingle during Elmo's World, Henry busts a move anytime he hears at tune. That trait clearly comes from his Dad!

Our Little Beach Baby
Last week we packed the car and headed to Florida for Henry's first beach trip. Nanna, Grandpa, Uncle Chris, and Aunt Stacie joined us too. I was a bit nervous how Henry would feel about saltwater and sand, but it turns out he's a beach baby at heart! He loved playing in the sand (it only took one taste to realize sand was not food) and crawling down to the ocean where he would sit in the surf. A couple days into our trip Henry built up his courage and would crawl right into the ocean and head straight for the waves! Much fun was also held in an enormous hole that Dad and Uncle Chris dug for themselves Henry to play in.
Our beach trip also taught us a couple new things about Henry. He has started doing the typical toddler "point and grunt" when he wants to show you something, except he points with his middle finger. No, I did not teach him that, but we're going to have to work on that one so I don't raise a bird flippin' toddler. We also discovered at dinner one evening that my little Southern veggie lover has a weakness for pickled okra - just when I thought brussel sprouts were strange.
