Frances Anne's 3rd Birthday

Frances woke up on her 3rd birthday, and requested to wear her new Elsa dress, shoes (with a wedge heel!), clip-on earrings, and crown (thank you Aunt Cathy and Uncle Joe!).  We enjoyed her favorite sprinkle doughnuts for breakfast, and we got a quick photo with her brothers before they all left for school.  We had the whole morning to ourselves, so I asked Frances what she would like to do on her special day.  She quickly answered, "Wear Elsa. Say hi to Nemo at Pet Store. Go to Target." And that is just what we did.  By the end of the day, her feet were killing her from those wedges.  I tried to convince her to sit in the shopping cart at Target, or take off her princess shoes. But no, in true girly-girl fashion, she demanded to wear the princess shoes and wince through the pain for the pretty shoes!
