Tour de Michigan 2011: Lewiston with the Makris Family

Our first stop on our "Tour de Michigan" was in Lewiston at the Makris cottage. This year's trip was extra special because every single Makris brother (plus wives/kids/girlfriend) made the trip at the same time. Uncle Ira and Nonnie were up north as well, and we enjoyed some time on the lake and Uncle Ira's famous rib dinner. Henry took off for the shoreline so quickly that I didn't even have time to get him in a bathing suit the first night! The brothers also enjoyed showing off their water-skiing skills, and Joe got up for the very first time!

Henry loved playing with his cousins, Ella and Mila. Pretty soon he is going to have another cousin to play with because in January, Uncle Chris and Aunt Stacie are having a baby BOY!

Henry also played some croquet (turned shot-put) and spent a little time on the golf course. He even got his first hole in one (after he discovered how easy it is pick up the ball and put it in the hole). Gus is convinced he's ready for his first set of sticks!
