Pure Michigan with Aunt Dory

After our visit with the Makris family, we visited Pa's sister, Aunt Dory. She lives in an Assisted Living home in Sterling Heights. She thought of every sweet detail - cookies in the lobby, pushing the elevator buttons, touring the indoor pool, and feeding the ducks in the courtyard. We also visited her apartment, where Henry spotted a world map and asked Aunt Dory about her travels. She has visited 80 countries, so Henry listened intently to her stories. After our visit, we loaded up the Suburban again and headed to the Longo Lakehouse. Our visit with Aunt Dory must have tired Peter out, because he quickly fell asleep, book in hand.
