Papa likes fish!

Mimi and Papa came to visit last weekend. They always make a trip in November so we can celebrate Papa's birthday together. And we always make Papa a birthday cake. And we always write, "Papa likes fish!" on top of the cake. When Henry was 2 years old, we were making Papa a birthday cake. I asked Henry, "What should we write on Papa's cake?", and his answer was, "Papa likes fish!" And so a tradition was born.

This year the boys were very involved in the cake decorating. There was no skimping on frosting, sprinkles, or Swedish Fish candies. And we had to use some addition skills for Papa's candles since we were missing a 6. Happy Birthday to our favorite 4+2 3 year old fisherman, Papa!
