A visit from Papa, Mimi, and Zia

Last weekend Gus attended a wedding in Chicago, so I was happy to have visitors who were eager to help with the boys: Papa, Mimi, and Zia. We did a lot of the usual - trains, books, ice cream. We also went to the Fernbank Museum for Colin and Will's birthday party. Henry was interested in the animal scavenger hunt that Ms. Lauren organized for the big boys. John was interested in whatever the big boys were doing. Peter slept a lot.

When we came back home, the boys asked to play with bubbles. After discovering that we were out of bubble wands and solution, Mimi and Zia "macgyvered" a homemade bubble station. And the results were much better than any store-bought bubble set!

Mimi and her magic managed to get the first smile from sweet Peter! It took three more days before he did it for me, so he must really love his Meems.
